28.01.2013 - Exhibition ‘HAP Grieshaber’ in Nürtingen (G.): a philatelic touch
In the Kreuzkirche on Nürtingen’s Schillerplatz (G.) about 120 objects of the German artist and woodcutter HAP Grieshaber (1909-1981) are on display.

The event may be visited every day of the week, with the exception of Monday; the doors are open from 12 until 18 h. The local stamp club, Nürtingen/Neckar eV, has seen to it that the exhibition has received a philatelic touch. Special envelopes are available, as well as a special hand stamp, two different personalised stamps (with a face value of 0.45 and 0.58 Euros) and a postal stationary item (a so-called Pluskarte with the imprint ‘Lily of the Valley’). The topics that are depicted on these philatelic souvenirs have designed by students from schools in Nürtingen, thanks to a special design competition that challenged the pupils to be inspired of the works of HAP Grieshaber.
Postal items that have been handed in on 31 January 2013 at the latest will be marked with a special hand stamp ‘HAP Grieshaber-Ausstellung’. vacated.
